ACTA Leadership Development Institute (ACTA LDI) is a comprehensive leadership development process designed specifically for early and mid-career leaders. 

ACTA LDI is dedicated to filling the emerging leadership gap created by the rapid retirement of Baby Boomers by developing leaders and organizations for the future and creating alignment between the individual, team and organization.

Program Description

Where the typical leadership development program focuses on the individual only, ACTA LDI understands leaders lead in the context of an organization and its culture.
